The problem we solve
Across the Global South, PC penetration remains critically low — not because people don't need devices, but because the path to owning one is broken. Retailers lack tools. Buyers lack guidance. Financing is inaccessible. The data that could fix all of it has never been captured.
Too many choices, no trusted guidance — buyers walk away confused.
No reliable, trusted retail touchpoint close to where buyers actually are.
Upfront cost is a barrier — flexible financing is out of reach for most buyers.
No after-sales trust means buyers hesitate — or regret the purchase entirely.
Why TechPay
TechPay.ai is not another retail software platform. It is the world's first PHYGITAL retail network — designed from the ground up to make technology ownership effortless across emerging markets.
Most retail technology commoditises fast. TechPay is built as a data network that compounds in value with scale — where every new retailer makes the platform smarter, and every smarter recommendation attracts more retailers.
Every retailer on the platform contributes real-time shopfloor data — buyer conversations, device preferences, and financing decisions from markets no OEM or eCommerce platform has systematically captured.
Financing is embedded at the point of advisory — not appended at checkout. This shifts buyer behaviour and structurally raises average transaction value across every outlet.
Post-purchase, the platform sustains the relationship. The helpdesk already knows the device, configuration, and history — the next sale begins from trust, not from zero.
